Jeff, the owner of JDH Construction, will look at blueprints to determine if what is shown on the plans will actually work, and give the homeowner the finished project they desire. This gives JDH Construction an edge over many companies that only build homes based on the original blueprint. Many times, there are mistakes on blueprints that an inexperienced builder will not see until in the building phase when it’s too late to change without additional costs to the project. These can be extremely expensive, and will add days, weeks, and sometimes months to the completion of the home. Finding these mistakes prior to building is Jeff’s expertise.
Through extensive discussions with the home owner/builder, Jeff is able to extract information about the owner and to incorporate their specific needs, wishes, and desired attributes into the design, and ultimately into the finished home building project.
