Since the projects involve much larger spaces, and more complicated elements, the commercial jobs require more precise scheduling of sub-contractors in order to stay on budget, and on time. More often than not, when customers take several bids and go with the lowest bid, they come across these types of problems that were overlooked and usually incur more costs than if they would have gone with a more experienced contractor.
As a builder, JDH can turn space into something useful. They are able to envision what the customer may want, or need down the road and incorporate those anticipated changes into the remodel so that they can be completed later more efficiently and with less demolition.
